Thanks for these thoughts, Larry. ‘Eat what you kill’ pay works for the clinicians motivated only or mostly by money. But for those in it to help the people and improve outcomes, it’s incongruent. As employers, we need to find a better way to retain and reward them, while we continue to advocate for the true and deep value of PT/OT with payers as well as forge forward to outcomes based care.

great commentary on this. I can't wait to see your midyear review to see how correct you are with the crystal ball. I think your predictions will definitely move our industry forward!
